changes to the Implementation in the project plan


Changes to the Implementation in the project plan had to be made as we had to have a lesson on the last column layout which we didn't have due to the teacher being ill and absent. This means I will have to move the implementation starting date forward. Which also mean I will have lesson time to create my website.

Tom, as rep, had concerns that our group needs more training in web development (learning 3 column layouts etc)


Postpone web dev concerns until after training with GMI Thursday 19th April.


We reviewed the progress and we have decided that we are two weeks behind.

Redo gantt chart to add new deadlines.
Do third gantt chart after adequate training.

Within the group with have had some discussions on things we are doing together and individually.  At the moments we all should be designing independently a project specification that takes into account the needs of the stakeholder; we will show evidence of this by individual group member project.

On the project specification I will be clearly pointing out the dates in which the project will be finishing adding the earliest time it could finish and at the latest time.
