project management software

Microsoft project is used as a scheduling and project management tool by being able to apply and create critical path schedules, critical chain, event chain methodology and Gantt charts. It’s designed to help project managers develop plans and projects, managing time, budget, analysing workload and tracking each task down and how long each task should and will be done by. This program is normal called project management software program. This program can also save records of what and who should look at the project. For example a manager of the organisation can have full access to the project but a simple worker can be granted access to only one stage or two.

I decided to pick Hyperoffice and my other piece of project planning software. This company is based in America and was funded during 1998-2000. This company now has around 300,000 customers worldwide. Some of the management tools used in this software are creating and track projects using group numbers and project names, task dependencies. This is for complex projects which you can import, export, and sync tasks to and from spreadsheet program such as Excel, you can also synch tasks form mobile devices and interactive Gantt charts displaying project milestones. These tools help the organisation be able to use web collaboration, online meeting, web conferencing, online database and email marketing applications easier and without going through too much trouble.
